About: My name is Erin and I have been hand crafting Fresh, Quality, Unique pastries for over 8 years. I studied at the Le Cordon Bleu school in Pasadena California and focused on Baking and Patisserie. I have a passion for turning simple, fresh ingredients into mouthwatering confections. I specialize in the ever popular Parisian Macaron, always coming up with new flavors. Everything I make is made in small batches to ensure quality. One of the biggest joys in my life is to watch customers/ friends reactions of enjoyment and pleasure when tasting my creations. I will be offering Macarons, Handmade vintage Animal Crackers, English Scones, and Gourmet cookies.
